Smith5016 high temperature flow meter is a rotor-type PD measurement instruments, consisted of Shell measurement, measurement rotor, transmission parts, and other components. It's different with the ordinary flow meter , the medium can only contact with the rotor , all medium transmission components are isolated by medium ,measurement rotor is made of high-strength materials, even the medium on the high-speed solid state or steam purge Instrument parts will be not damaged. It is used for these occasion: keep warm non-continuous, frequent operation, medium containing impurities, room temperature curing, easy crystals and can not be precisely control the temperature . It has wide range, excellent accuracy, small pressure loss, viscosity strong adaptability and high viscosity liquids capable of measuring temperature calibration convenient, simple to install, and other advantages. Mainly used in crude oil, chemicals, chemical fiber, traffic, commerce, food, medicine and health care, scientific research and military industries in the asphalt, fuel oil, crude oil, room temperature curing, easy crystals, sticky substances, such as ultra-high acid, alkali and salt, oil, nature and the need to water the outside temperature at room temperature curing of precision measurement.
Smith5016 high temperature flow meter can be directing the cumulative flow, instantaneous flow, a single flow, and so on, can also be output pulse signal, 4-20mA, or 1-5 V analog signals 4-20mA + HART, MODBUS, communications support 232,485 etc.. Combined with Smith mechanical controller or electronic controller, it can achive different types of filling, control, and other functions approved. Flow meter has common type and insulation folder type.
